Return eligibility

You can request a return for standard items that are unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Return request within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

Custom neon signs are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  • Personalized or custom design items
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents

How to start a return

Contact our support team and share your order details. We will guide you through the next steps.

  • Email us with your order number and photos
  • Wait for return approval and instructions
  • Ship the item back using the provided label

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

  • Inspection within 3-5 business days
  • Refund issued within 7-10 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours for a replacement.

  • Send clear photos of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund
  • No return shipping required for faults
